I was here to witness a wedding. Just entering the venue you are amazed by the sight. You are greeted by waterfalls and a pond. Good for taking pictures. The outdoor is spacious to hold over 150 guests from my guesstimate. Lots of parking spaces. There's indoor venue for dining and dancing. Room for DJ and a bar is set up.
The barn 305 is a phenomenal experience. I took my maternity photos there and let me tell you from I entered I knew I was in great hands. Ivan and his team are really awesome they next left the photoshoot and even give ideas on how to pose. If you haven’t book please don’t hesitate in your decision you don’t regret it. He also prove drinks a snacks which is a plus.
Absolutely beautiful wedding venue, it was a little too far for me to get my guests from the keys to here. But there are plenty of hotels nearby in Miami to stay at. Gorgeous peacocks, and a horse are on property. When this place is set up with all of the wedding items. It is even more spectacular. Great hidden spot for a wedding!

Great place to have a wedding or big event, the catering was excellent and tasty, the staff was very friendly. Mostly spoke Spanish, but since I am bilingual, it wasn't a big deal to me. Great picture opportunity and a real live horse 🐎 and peacocks 🦚. Plenty of parking. It's definitely worth seeing for yourselves. …
I cannot stress enough how much I absolutely LOVED the Barn 305. Our wedding was September 10, 2022 at the Barn and it was absolutely magical. First of all, every single vendor we worked with of theirs was a delight. The linens, flowers , catering, it was all an absolutely wonderful experience, from start to finish. Next, Jessica, I cannot stress enough how great Jessica was. Every phone call , email, text, she was with us every step of the way. She was always wonderful to engage with and was so sweet during the last stretch, to me and my family once our rehearsal came. Everyone from the property we talked with, or interacted with was an absolute delight. Last, but DEFINITELY not least, the property is absolutely stunning! There are several cocktail and ceremony areas, a separate bridal and groom suite to get ready in, and a beautiful reception area with wonderful lightening and sound. I have no intention of having to plan another wedding, but if I did, I would definitely choose them again in a heartbeat.

I just had my maternity photo shoot at The Barn 305 and this place couldn’t have been more perfect!!! The setting is magical so beautiful with breathtaking views and waterfalls. The photographer couldn’t have been any better he was amazing at posing me and directing me he had so much patience and went above and beyond. I also gotta say the whole staff was so easy to work with and so accommodating to me and my family. If you’re looking for outdoor venue this is your place!
